We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at raflauen@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
